July 23, 2004, 3:25 PM ET Ex-Creed Members Cross Alter Bridge Alter Bridge -- the new band featuring former Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti, drummer Scott Phillips and original bassist Brian Marshall plus former Mayfield Four vocalist Myles Kennedy -- is gearing up for the Aug. 10 release of its Wind-Up debut, "One Day Remains." First single "Open Your Eyes" is No. 30 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart this week. Although details are still being nailed down, a North American theater tour will kick off Sept. 23, to be preceded by three European dates. The group is also confirmed to appear at New Orleans' Voodoo Music Festival in October.
